MOVE AWAY OR MOVE TOWARDS?????

Hi all……..just caught my tail and thought I would quickly BLOG prior to zooming off on the next task…….

I get asked often about what “Move away…….move towards”……is all about? How does it impact on our way of doing things in our life?

If we move towards something………we track towards the sweet stuff that we are seeking……..our motivation to do that thing is that we are seeking the positive reinforcement of gaining that thing. We are seeking the PLEASURE of the thing we want in our lives……………………..whereas a move away from is the opposite…………we are tracking away from the unpleasantness, the bitterness of the thing…………..our motivation is that WE DO NOT WANT THE PAIN of the occurrence…….so we use our energy to avoid it?????

Sounds simple doesn’t it…………and of course it is………it is a simple awareness exercise about ourself……………………so take the time to ascertain whether you are exercising a move towards or a move away from when performing a task………………..by understanding this you can channel your thoughts and your energy to achieving what you want by following the correct move towards path with all of your energy or by following the correct move away from path with all of your energy!!!!!
