Life Balance Wheel...try it, its free!

This is an important exercise that shows you the balance or imbalance of certain aspects of your life. Simply follow the steps below to discover very easily what areas of your life your subconscious mind is telling you need your attention.

Step 1: You can use the sector examples below or you can select areas of your life you feel are most relevant for you.

Step 2: Enter a fulfilment score from 0 to 5 with 5 meaning completely fulfilled against each of the important 'sectors' in your life.

For example if you have very little satisfaction with your work you may enter number 1against 'Work' ...or if you are very satisfied by your work in your life you may enter a 5. After each entry you can visualise your life balance against the six chosen sectors - a reflection of the balance�..or maybe imbalance in your life!

Step 3: Press Enter. The Life Balance Wheel (more a diamond than a wheel!) then redraws your Life Balance Wheel.

Step 4: Review your finished wheel. Take note of any major differences in the balance of the chart. Take action to adjust the areas of your life you need to gain your balance.
